Thr3e Punk Ales Brewing Company (259 Third Avenue) opened its doors on August 6th and after much anticipation, public opinion confirms it was definitely worth the wait. The Punks have brought their vision for a multi-story brewery and tasting room to life, bringing a vibrant business in line with current trends and San Diego’s craft-beer scene to The Village.

Chula Vista Brewery (294 Third Avenue) opened on May 5th becoming the first Brewery to open on Third Avenue. It has been a big hit since!

Groundswell Brewing Co. (258 Third Avenue) is the next brewery in line to open on Third, and is planning to open sometime in October 2017.

Bar Sin Nombre (253 Third Avenue) will be the next to follow Third Avenue Ale House and become the next taste room to open on Third Avenue. Projected to open at the beginning of September 2017.

The Gentle Penguin (289 Third Avenue) is an upcoming lounge that boasts a beautiful & unique setting in the heart of Chula Vista. Perfect for a sip of your favorite coffee, fine wine or craft beer. An opening date hasn’t been released yet.

Temp° (277 Third Avenue) brunch and dinner restaurant operated by Chef Steve Brown will open on August 12th serving a modern American menu that promises to ring up at an approachable price point.

The Balboa Bar & Grill (290 Third Avenue) one of San Diego’s prime burger destinations is coming to Third Avenue. An opening date hasn’t been released yet.
