Website Terms of Use

Use of the TAVA website and its services are subject to the following Terms of Use Agreement (“TOU”).
TAVA reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice.  By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations as set forth.  If you do not agree to the TOU, please do not use this website.


DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
TAVA provides you with access to a variety of resources (“Services”) including general information, event activities, message and/or communication facilities, downloads, calendars, etc. and may include a Members Only section that can be accessed only by TAVA staff and members.  The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties, are subject to the TOU.


USE OF CONTENT
Use of TAVA content (documents, whitepapers, graphics, logos, software, forums, polls, etc.) is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only.  You may not modify any content, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, post on any network, broadcast in any media or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services unless expressly permitted by TAVA.  Elements of TAVA websites are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.  Content other than that belonging to TAVA is licensed or otherwise published by TAVA with the permission of the owner of the material.  All rights in such materials are reserved to the respective owners.


USE OF YOUR INFORMATION AND PRIVACY POLICY
The intent of TAVA’s website is to provide a public community service.  TAVA provides you with access to a variety of resources (“Services”) including general information, policies, partners, event activities, message and/or communication facilities, downloads, and calendars, etc.   We update the information presented based upon the receipt of relevant information.


To the best of our ability TAVA offers updated, thorough and correct information on our website.  However, the accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and TAVA is not responsible for any typographical errors, incorrect links, or unreliability of the information contained on the site.  TAVA makes changes or edits to this site without notice as updated information becomes available. 


Links provided to outside sites are provided in good faith.  TAVA is not responsible in any manner for the location or content on the outside websites.   Any duplication of the logos or materials on the TAVA’s website must be authorized in writing by TAVA. 


Users of the website assume all risks, if any, associated with use of this site, including, without limitation, any impact on computer software, hardware or data.   TAVA shall not be responsible for any consequences arising or resulting from the use of information contained on this site.


References on the website to any products, process, or service by trade name or manufacturer, or otherwise, does not constitute or imply endorsement or recommendation thereof by TAVA.  The views and opinions of authors available via the website are not necessarily those of TAVA and shall not be used for advertising or endorsement purposes. 


TAVA will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency.  Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to or given to any other parties.  We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business’ personally identifiable information to any third party. 


Your personal information is collected through our contact forms only.  Users are required to give us contact information (e.g. email address).   Your email address is collected for use in our records and sending the requested information back to the user (e.g. newsletters, events, applications, etc.).  Information collected at this website is kept in our records only as long as is necessary to provide requested services to our clients.
